Tangerine Mindfulness Meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh- canceled

This guided mindfulness meditation adapts the classic Tangerine Meditation that Teresa learned from Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. This meditation introduces mindful eating and Interbeing, the inter-existence of all things.
This is a donation-based offering. Space is limited so registration is required.
Note: For comfort and ease of mind for some, this is not a meditation where we sit on the floor cross-legged, so do not hesitate to join due to worry about logistics.
