BYOB! Here is your chance to design and handcraft a food-safe functional and decorative plate. You can use letter stamps to write quotes, and messages or commemorate a special event. Decorative and texture stamps can create scenes and designs- your creation can be as simple or ornate as you want. 

Beginning with wet clay, you will use hand-building methods demonstrated by potter, Teresa Speakman to form and decorate your plate. Feel free to bring a favorite beverage to enjoy while you play with clay! BYOB

Your piece will then be finished by Primitive Mud Pottery Studio: it will need to dry for several days and be fired in the bisque kiln, then food-safe glaze applied and fired again in the glaze firing to vitrify the clay into durable ceramic. This will take 2-4 weeks and you will be notified by email when it is ready to pick up
