In this playshop, you will have a chance to look deeply into your relationship with yourself through an exploratory exercise in Self-Empathy. This is an opportunity to learn the basic principle of self-connection which is the foundation of connecting with others. Empathy. You can’t give what you don’t have.

This playshop is an introduction to self-empathy and is beneficial but not a requirement before attending the Self-Empathy Dance playshop on March 26th.
