This is an introduction to Compassionate Communication, also known as Nonviolent Communication®, or NVC.
NVC is a set of principles and practices developed by American Psychologist, Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, that help us form mutually beneficial relationships and systems that align action with values and are more likely to result in trust, autonomy, and care for all.
Mindfulness and Compassionate Communication practices help us slow down, get clarity, and increase joy. By developing awareness you can shift from reactivity to conscious choices that serve your well-being and relationships.
