“A. “Junior” Vigorito is an animated illustrator and expert in unexpected cute. Growing up in Lancaster, they have taught and worked with the Decorative Arts Center, ADAMH, the Art Walk, the library, and more. Their earliest memories of the arts in Lancaster was the Richard Outcult tribute, inspiring Vigorito to pursue their passion in comics and illustration. A. “Junior“ Vigorito has self-published several comics through anthologies, zines, social media, and Webtoons. One notable comic, “The Divine Intervention,” is available for reading at the Fairfield County Library. Vigorito has a particular fondness for mythology, interesting creatures, and stories with queer and neurodivergent themes.
They have a BFA in Illustration from Columbus College of Art Design and an art education certification from The Ohio State University.”
